Nothing exciting here...

Had to leave a post, just because I hadn't for awhile. I am at home, in the middle of the day (Sears is here, trying to once and for all fix my treadmill. I gave up, I'm moving onto balance balls and medicine balls.) So I'm goofing around online. Craig and I are contemplating moving out of Molalla. But, we are unsure, it is a big move. So, we are checking things out, and trying to figure out what area we want to live in. Wilsonville is the most ideal location for us. I have daycare set up for us, Craig could carpool with his brothers in the company vehicle, which saves us both gas, and the need for three cars, and the schools are excellent. We found the perfect house, just down the street from one of our closest friends, so that was a major bonus also. The only downer is of course, the price. It is Wilsonville after all. So, it is about 60,000 dollars more than what we can afford, which equals between 500 to 900 dollars more a month depending on how much we put down, and lets face it, I don't care who you are, that much extra per month puts a dent in it. So, we will either find something else, or stay here another couple years and continue fixing up this house so that when the time comes, we can get top dollar. I haven't found anything in my price range that I love as much as this house. Everything is smaller, and the lot is smaller. Or the kitchen is too small, or it's dark, or it doesn't have an open enough floor plan, or the bathrooms are too small, or it only has one bathroom (eek, never again) or the bedrooms are tiny.......on and on and on......I forget sometimes how much I love this house. Unfortunately, we are just not convenient to anything anymore.

Wilsonville is so expensive compared to a little South. Remember my friend JukaMai? They sold their place and lived in an apartment for a year, saving money to buy a nice big house in Willyville.

They ended up having a 2200+sq.ft., 4 bedroom, 2.5bath house built in Woodburn and it was still cheaper than any house (in decent condition) that they found for sale in Wilsonville.

They do love the school up there though and have their kids enrolled there, staying with a sitter before and after school.
