Today mom, dad, and I took Koben to Wal-mart to spend his $20.00 gift card from his great aunt Beverly, and the $20.00 from Bryan and Dee. I kept him in the cart, but told him to pick out what he wanted. Here I thought, with the language barrier, this would be difficult. Ha! Whatever. He had no issues at all telling me what he wanted. He brought home with him a plastic shopping basket filled with "food" (he loves to play kitchen) I dinosaur figure, a fire truck that makes noises, some play-doh, a nerf ball, three puzzles, glow in the dark stars for his room, 2 shirts, and a pair of pants. The clothing he had to choose himself. I would hold up different things, and he would say yes, or no. I thought that was hillarious. I didn't think he was particular about his clothing, but apparantly I was wrong! I also picked up some things for him at the consignment shop I take all their clothes to. Along with a columbia fleece for myself, (which was $3.00 thank you very much) and a shirt for Chloe. Wrap that up with a trip to the gas station, grocery store, and bank, and that pretty much sums up my day! Now it is time to come up with something for dinner. I have avacados that will be going bad soon!
